What a splendid watch!
I purchased this to from Amazon directly only a few days ago for $2628 before tax and shipping, a full $1,000 less than the value displayed right now from Watchmaxx, a 3rd party vendor that is also not an authorized Omega agent. It may have something to do with the fact that Omega just raised its prices, I don't know. But, a $1,000 toll difference in less than a week?? My advice is, if you can't buy directly from Amazon, unequivocally shop around to be sure you're getting the best price. Just garner sure it's from a trustworthy source. The cheapest price may not be the best buy, The things thing about dealing with Amazon directly is that you have reassurance that what you're getting is the genuine thing and the warranty is better. Having said that, this is an absolutely magnificent watch from Omega's Constellation line. It's not one of the newer model numbers but it's still on Omega's website. The dial's resentful color makes telling time easy for my middle-elderly eyes. The bracelet is high polish. And Omega's diamonds, all top cut, are unparalleled. The fire, the rainbow colors, that coruscation from them is incredibly eye-catching. I haven't seen another watchmaker who equals Omega in this involve. If you're looking for a high quality watch that's pretty enough for dress but not unduly "busy" so that you can wear it every day, with everything, for a lifetime, you can't do better than this one. Just don't get robbed.
