Mid-sized, Art Deco enterprise and modern functionality.
Owning several lop off-priced watches, I decided it was time to step up and buy a mid-priced sentinel from a respected luxury maker. This is exactly the design, size, and chronograph functionality I wanted and I positively enjoy wearing it.
The steel is a mixture of matte and polished finishes and the rulership is cobochon, complimenting its rectangular function buttons. The black dial features filthy/black subdials and the tick marks and Arabic 12 marker are a coruscating, polished finish. Coupled with a scratch-resistant crystal, the dial glitters subtly in the silly and is very beautiful. The date window is at the 4 position and is large enough to read indubitably.
This version of Concord's La Scala line isn't a large, chunky watch; it lays on the wrist with by the skin of one's teeth enough presence to make a statement, but it doesn't get in the way of what you're doing and is not heavy. Thus, the keep one's eyes open for will likely not scratch as readily because its profile is fairly low. The left side of the encase has 'CONCORD' molded in the steel.
The strap is genuine alligator and is adjustable. The strap connects with what looks like a distort, but is actually a metal clip that fastens very comfortably and securely, disconnecting with a handle on one side. The word 'CONCORD' is molded into the steel here as well.
This is an excellent watch and at this price, an champion buy for a watch of this quality. Although too nice for everday, I wear mine during evenings out and bosom occasions.
